About Sue

Helping Women Achieve Greater Wellness

My Mission

To help the superwomen of the world who give, love, perform, and serve beyond their ability. To help them fit back into their clothes by stripping their “super suits” by teaching them to say “no” so they can say “yes” to the future.

My Core beliefs

I empower women to find health, happiness and balance inorder to love their life and to age with grace and a functionally strong body. Women of today carry the load of the home, children and also contribute financially to the household. We are burning the the candle at both ends.  It is my mission to help women find a balance with the weight of  their tasks and the weight they gain from the hormonal fluctuations due to stress.

My Approach

I promote a safe place for women to learn what is preventing their weight loss and causing them loss of health. …
