I started this book and I couldn't stop
reading it! I had so many moments of "that explains that" throughout every chapter. I didn't come to this book with a desire to lose weight physically, but more mental and emotional weight... Everything was easy to follow and absorb. ... Will highly recommend to all my women friends and family. Bravo!!
read this book"
I found it very insightful and very encouraging. I'm not one who enjoys self examination, but Sue Seal made it painless. This book gave me inspiration to be brave and look inside myself once again. Sue is still on her journey and shares the lessons and wisdom she has learned along the way. I look forward to her next book!
